This is why I think it's pretty dumb advice to tell people to skip out on simple luxuries to save for a house. The math just doesn't add up.
It's better to focus on the BIG things in your budget (car payment, always paying your credit card, student loans) than to worry too much about buying a coffee.
Sometimes the little things in life are what keep us sane, so we can have the discipline to make responsible decisions on the big things!
